About the Role

Join our dynamic team at TaskUs PH as a Content Moderator for the Molino 3D Campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure a safe and engaging online environment for our clients. You will collaborate with a diverse team and utilize cutting-edge tools to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate 3D content uploaded by users to identify and remove inappropriate material
Ensure compliance with content policies and guidelines set by the client
Provide timely and accurate feedback to content creators on moderation actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and user experience
Monitor content trends and user behavior to anticipate potential issues and proactively address them
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest moderation practices

Qualifications

1 yr BPO Experience
Willing to work onsite
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred
Bachelor's degree in any field
Knowledge of 3D content creation tools is a plus
