Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as Technical of selection, doing the whole process of selection.
Experience in other areas of Recruitment and Administrative Tasks are highly valuated.
Main functions:
The tasks shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Selection of personnel primarily, from the beginning to the end. 360º management of the selection process:
Gathering of requirements by the internal client.
Creation of profile and job description as needed.
Opening posting.
CV screening.
Telephone and/or face-to-face interviews.
Preparation of reports.
Presentation of final candidates to the final client.
Onboarding management.
- Administrative tasks in personnel administration such as:
Manage, coordinate, require, collect contracts, documents and data of employees, saving them their folders.
Manage, coordinate, collect signed Performance Evaluation Appraisals with managers, saving them in their folders.
Maintain updates the data bases (Employee Data Base and Candidates data base).
Other related tasks that may be assigned punctually.
