Role

You will provide outstanding service, acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding products and services related to client programs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Professionally handles high volume inbound/outbound calls to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
Presents new products and services
Enhance customer experience and satisfaction
Demonstrate ability to gauge customer response
Responsible for creating customer interest to convert to a sale
Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs and educate customer
Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers
Responsible for call disposition or compiling and generating reports as required

Who are we Looking for?

Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field.
At least 6 months BPO experience
Must have at least 35 Mbps postpaid internet connection/subscription (For BCP)
Must be willing to make inbound and outbound calls
Can start immediately
Good to excellent communication skills
Must be willing to work on shifting schedules
