What You’ll Do
Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? In this role, you'll work to resolve customer issues via chat services including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging, as well as other nonverbal platforms. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Answer incoming communications from customers
Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
Provide frontline assistance to customers by phone for account access, cash-management and investing inquiries
Resolve common issues using approved resources and escalate more complex cases to specialized teams
Handle authentication, verification, troubleshooting, and general product support while ensuring compliance with security and operational guidelines
What You Bring to the Role
Completed senior high school or two years in college with at least one year customer service experience
Strong customer service and clear and confident communication skills
Ability to follow compliance and fraud prevention protocols
Computer savvy with basic troubleshooting and escalation experience
Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive financial information securely
Ability to identify the appropriate solutions via resources available and the use of critical thinking
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset and maintain accuracy even under pressure
