What You’ll Do:
✅ Answer and manage customer calls professionally
✅ Handle escalations and offer effective solutions
✅ Engage and de-escalate irate customers
✅ Recommend products/services that best meet client needs
✅ Use tools and software efficiently
✅ Meet and exceed performance metrics
✅ Join training and improvement sessions
Qualifications:
✔️ Completed at least 1st year in college with at least 18 months of BPO experience, or
✔️ SHS graduates must have 4 years of BPO experience
✔️ Excellent communication skills
✔️ Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
