Job Description

What Sales Support Administration contributes to Cardinal Health 

Sales Support Administration is responsible for kit maintenance and support.  Includes gathering, analyzing, and executing kit requirements; problem identification, root cause determination, and resolution of issues that interfere with the accuracy, quality, or delivery of kits to customers; generation, dissemination, and presentation of operational metrics; kit profitability opportunities; self-service adoption; and process improvement identification and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Quoting Presource packs based on sales rep/customer request.  This may include quoting out a new pack or making changes to an existing pack.
  • Most if not all communication will be with the sales rep, not the customer (hospital)
  • Focus on best cost, high volume components.
  • Ensuring quotes meet quality and regulatory guidelines.
  • Works through a variety of requests that require additional training – Government, Canada quotes, Dressing change organizers, PRCs.
  • Ability to critically think through requests that are out of the norm.
  • Working with cross-functional teams.
  • Reviews and ensures rebates are accounted 

 

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• At least 2 years substantial work experience in stakeholder management in a Business Process Outsourcing organization

• Advanced customer service, problem solving and analytical skills is highly required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products 

• Amenable to work in US hours and hybrid work modality
