Key Responsibilities
Field and respond to customer inquiries through multiple service channels: phone, chat, email, and online support portal.
Support various customer types including provider end‑users, administrators, vendors, and insurance carriers.
Research and resolve reported issues while meeting organizational metric targets.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as solid organizational and analytical abilities.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects or issues at the same time.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships..
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of desktop support, helpdesk support, or technical support experience within the healthcare industry
2+ years of experience handling customer escalations
Experience interacting with clients or customers in a professional setting
Experience using:
Microsoft Word (create correspondence, work within templates)
Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort/filter, work within tables)
Microsoft PowerPoint (slide creation)
Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
Proficient in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST, with flexibility for occasional overtime based on business needs
Very strong soft skills
Experience working within the Healthcare IT industry
Knowledge of the Payer / Provider environment
Familiarity with ANSI X12 / EDI standards for healthcare transactions
Understanding of HIPAA compliance regulations
Experience with Technical Support or Helpdesk
Experience with voice, chat, and email support
Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
Pharmacy claims experience
ANSI knowledge and experience (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem‑solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills
