Position: Sales Account Specialist
Location: UP Ayala Technohub, Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City (Onsite)
Compensation Package: Up to ₱28,000 / month (Basic salary + allowances & incentives)
Employment Type: Full-time
Handle incoming customer inquiries and recommend appropriate products or services tailored to customer needs.
Guide customers through the complete sales lifecycle and address concerns professionally.
Promote company offerings while consistently working toward assigned sales targets.
Build and sustain positive, long-term customer relationships through high-quality engagement.
Maintain accurate records of customer details, inquiries, and sales transactions.
Collaborate with team members to hit overall business targets and deliver high customer satisfaction.
Education: At least High School or Senior High School graduate.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of customer-facing sales experience.
Skills: Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal abilities with good problem-solving skills.
Work Setup: Willing to work 100% onsite at UP Ayala Technohub.
Availability: Flexible to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as required.
Monthly Compensation: Up to ₱28,000 (depending on experience and account assignment).
