Location: Bridgetowne, Pasig City (Onsite)
Salary Package: Up to PHP 28,000 Monthly + PHP 4,000 Homecoming Bonus + PHP 500 GCash Incentive
About the Role
Are you energetic, competitive, and driven by financial success? We are looking for vibrant Sales Account Associates to join our growing team in Bridgetowne, Pasig! In this role, you will connect with potential clients, present top-tier solutions, and hit target sales while earning competitive pay and exciting bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective customers through inbound/outbound calls to introduce products and services.
Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and deliver compelling product presentations/pitches.
Overcome objections with confidence and guide customers to successfully close sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales progress in the system.
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Open to high school graduates, senior high school graduates, or college undergraduates/graduates.
At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO or sales experience (inbound/outbound sales, retail sales, or lead generation) is preferred.
Strong communication, active listening, and persuasive negotiation skills.
Target-driven mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
Willing to work onsite at our Bridgetowne, Pasig office.
Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts or weekends.
