ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
Outbound calling to various leads through sales campaigns;
Conversion of prospect calls to Live-transfer or Booked appt for Licensed Agents;
Taking inbound calls and converting to qualified live-transfer or booked appointment;
Using relevant/strong rebuttals to overcome objections;
Effectively the communicate the benefit our services;
Assumptive selling;
Accurately input prospect/client information into assigned CRM platform;
Pipelining of future prospects and setting reminders for callback;
Implements feedback and coaching for immediate improvement;
Actively participates in relevant meetings;
Adheres to all scripts and protocols;
Adheres to all CMS compliance;
Maintains a high quality of performance and continuously increases performance.
