Job Description

This could be U:

  • For College Grad at least 3yrs experience in Telesalaes
  • For Undergrad at least 5yrs experience in Telesales
  • At least SHS/High School Grad (old curriculum).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to ask probing questions and problem resolution skills. 
  • Ability to follow instructions for specific customer resolutions tasks. 
  • Willing to work ONSITE in Eastwood city QC.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following.

 

  • Outbound calling to various leads through sales campaigns;

  • Conversion of prospect calls to Live-transfer or Booked appt for Licensed Agents; 

  • Taking inbound calls and converting to qualified live-transfer or booked appointment;

  • Using relevant/strong rebuttals to overcome objections;

  • Effectively the communicate the benefit our services;

  • Assumptive selling;

  • Accurately input prospect/client information into assigned CRM platform;

  • Pipelining of future prospects and setting reminders for callback;

  • Implements feedback and coaching for immediate improvement;

  • Actively participates in relevant meetings;

  • Adheres to all scripts and protocols;

  • Adheres to all CMS compliance; 

  • Maintains a high quality of performance and continuously increases performance.
