Sales & Upselling: Proactively identify customer needs to recommend relevant products, services, upgrades, and promotional offers to meet or exceed monthly sales metrics.

Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: High School / Senior High School Graduate (College undergraduates or fresh graduates are welcome).

Experience: At least 6 months of BPO or call center sales/upselling experience (experience with US/AU accounts is a plus).

Communication Skills: Good to excellent conversational English language skills.
Sales Aptitude: Strong persuasion, objection handling, and relationship-building capabilities.
Work Setup: Amenable to working fully onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig/QC, on shifting schedules (night shift or day shift depending on account allocation).
