Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding financial inquiries and concerns.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to optimize processes and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.
