TECH is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Academic Sales Advisor to join our team and unleash your sales potential!

Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Advise potential students on our master's degrees and other academic programs, including enrollment and resolving economic and academic queries.
• Market and present TECH's programs to potential students of the various academic disciplines currently offered at the University via telephone customer service.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school diploma or higher
2. Sales or customer service experience is a plus
3. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone
4. Outstanding negotiation, composure, and rejection handling skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation Package:

• Competitive Salary: Earn P30,000 to P45,000 a month, or even more, with our uncapped commission-based structure. Your dedication and hard work will be rewarded.
• Supportive Training: We believe in investing in our team's success! You'll receive two weeks of comprehensive paid training based on your P21,000.00 monthly base pay.
• Growth Opportunities: As you progress through your probationary period, your monthly income will increase to P26,000, acknowledging and rewarding your efforts
