Work Arrangement: Hybrid (any Cloudstaff office near you - Angeles/Cebu/Mabalacat/Makati/Ortigas)
Schedule: Morning shift

Job Description

The role encompasses both residential and commercial trust accounting responsibilities and will require proficiency in managing two systems:

  • Property Tree for residential trust accounts.
  • Cirrus8 for commercial trust accounts.

 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Oversee day-to-day trust account transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Reconcile trust accounts, prepare monthly statements, and handle end-of-month reporting for both residential and commercial portfolios.
  • Liaise with tenants, owners, and other stakeholders regarding trust account-related inquiries.
  • Manage payments, deposits, and invoicing within both platforms.
  • Collaborate with the property management and leasing teams to ensure seamless operations.

 

  • Experience in AU Real Estate 
  • Strong knowledge of trust account compliance in Australia.
  • Extensive knowledge of trust accounting in minimum one of Property Tree and Cirrus8 (and the ability to learn quickly for the other).
  • Experience in all of the below tasks

    • Liaise with tenants, owners, and other stakeholders regarding trust account-related inquiries.
