Role: Real Estate Sales and Team Assistant
Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Schedule: Morning shift

Job Description

  1. Reporting: Creating and managing sales and leasing reports for internal use and for clients.
  2. Lease Administration: Preparing Heads of Agreements and maintaining lease documentation.
  3. Marketing Support: Preparing email campaigns, marketing brochures, and content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
  4. File Management: Organizing and maintaining client and business documentation.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Managing correspondence with landlords, tenants, and clients to support business operations.
  6. Strategy Documents: Assisting with the preparation of presentations and strategic plans.
  7. Team & Diary Management: Managing the Director’s professional and personal calendar, as well as coordinating the team’s schedules.
  8. Event Planning & Logistics: Coordinating client meetings, internal events, or travel arrangements.
  9. Arrears Management: Following up on client payments and managing outstanding balances.
  10. Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing ways to improve administrative processes.
  11. Sales Proposals: Drafting and managing professional sales materials.

 

  1. Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
  2. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PDF editing, and note-taking.
  3. Marketing expertise, particularly in creating digital and print materials.
  4. Degree or relevant experience in Marketing and Property.

 

Desirable Skills:

  1. Basic financial oversight, such as budget tracking, invoicing, and expense management.
  2. Familiarity with Xero accounting software (not essential but preferred).
