Job Description

What the client are looking for?
A team member to upload and assist our team to speed up and consistently send out Realmark social media – also assisting all other areas relating to Real Estate design and marketing.

 

  • Using existing templates to populate them with specific content relative to an office/agent’s needs and campaign.* 
  • Adjust existing templates to suit a particular newspaper, paper, online or sign advertisement size/format.
  • Do minor adjustments to the newspaper, sign and direct & online artwork (in line with campaign status and requests)
    (e..g add “sticker such as under offer, 2 sold 1 remaining, all offers presented, closing soon, auction tomorrow)
  • Create simple one-off – bespoke artwork for agent prospecting and event invites based on brand guidelines.
  • Assisting with potential additional duties like; Campaign Management (boards, listings, opens), Price Guides/Proposals/CMA/Presentation packs, Social Media management & Campaigns plus more

 

- Real Estate design experience
- Marketing and campaign coordination experience
- Experience in Vault RE, Campaign Track, InDesign, Canva & other design tools.
- Experience in portal uploading
- Ability to perform above duties/tasks
- Love a team environment 
- Exceptional written & verbal English
