Job Description

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Provides coaching and mentoring to agents in order for them to improve on their performance
  • Performs Monitoring and provides feedback to the Management Team and to the Client
  • Lead a team of Quality Analysts
  • Participates and coordinates in Quality Calibration Sessions with the clients and the management team

 

Qualifications

  • Candidate must at least be a high school graduate, senior high school graduate, associate graduate, and/or college level
  • Candidate must have at least one year of experience as a QA in a BPO company
  • Excellent communication skills, both in written and oral
  • Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule and work on-site in Market! Market! BGC
