Position: Customer Support Associate (Non-Voice)

Location: Alorica Centris, Quezon City

Salary: P15,000 Sign-On Bonus | Earn up to P19,500/month

Job Description

As a Non-Voice Customer Support Associate, you will:

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or other digital channels
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • Document interactions and update customer records in the system
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets

 

✅ Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • Completed 2 years in college (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills
  • Willing to work onsite at Alorica Centris, Quezon City
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
