Join Alorica as a Customer Service Representative for our Premium Telco Account (Voice). You’ll be the front line in delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction for one of the leading telecommunications providers.

? Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and billing
  • Troubleshoot technical concerns and escalate when necessary
  • Document customer interactions in the system
  • Meet performance metrics including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school graduate
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
