Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Outbound Sales Representative** to join our team in Panay Ave., Quezon City. This is an **onsite role**, where your presence at the workplace will be a key factor in delivering excellent performance and meeting our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential customers via outbound calls to promote and sell products/services.
- Identify and qualify leads, converting them into opportunities for sales growth.
- Effectively communicate the value propositions of our offerings, addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in an outbound sales role or similar position.
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- Must be willing to work onsite at our Panay Ave., QC location.
