Overall Job Description
Proactively call and follow up on leads to promote and sell solar battery products
Educate prospective customers on the benefits, savings, and installation process of solar battery systems
Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-up schedules
Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable products
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with the Australian head office and installation partners for seamless customer handovers
