About the Role:
Lead service delivery strategy for Order-to-Cash processes, drive operational excellence, and build strong client relationships. You’ll manage performance, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance while fostering team engagement and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operational performance and KPIs.
Act as escalation point for OTC issues.
Lead client meetings and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare forecasts, aging reports, and manage disputes.
Qualifications:
8–12 years relevant work experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC).
5–10 years supervisory experience leading teams.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of risk management and operational compliance.
