Job Description
Job Summary:

Duties and Functions:
Admin functions
· Provides assistance for the daily operations of the corporate office such as but not limited:
a. Ensuring that supply of the utilities such as electric power, water supply and aircon are adequate;
b. Provide assistance in the reservation of the conference rooms, its fixtures and furniture such as LCD, projector, tables and chairs, office supplies ;
c. Ensure that office equipments such as centralized printer, fax, scanner, and copier are with adequate supply of ink/toner and is functioning;
d. Ensures that all payment for utilities such as office space rental, electric power, water supply, aircon and others are up to date;
e. Recommends ways to be able to implement savings that will eventually affect the general admins expense (GAE) of the company.
Occupational Health and Safety
· Provides emergency and pallative care and treatment to employees within the legal scope of nursing responsibility such as first aid treatment, checking of vital signs, health interview and dispensing of medicine.
· Assesses and determines the health status of the employee on duty which includes recommendation like sent home or back to work;
· Refers/Transports ill employees to the hospital as necessary
· Conducts regular inventory of medicine and medical supplies to ensure availability at all times.
· Conducts home visit or follow through of employees with chronic illnesses or on prolonged sick leave.
· Ensures physical fitness of employees through implementation of annual/periodic/special examinations and follow through until illness is cleared.
· Conducts periodic tours, research and analysis to identify risk factors in the workplace.
· Facilities health and safety awareness among employees through conduct of health counseling and health educational programs.
· Provides assistance in monitoring the safety and security of all employees and the company as a whole such as but not limited to:
a. Fire drill;
b. Earthquake drill;
c. Disaster preparedness
· Provides medical assistance during Company sponsored activities, when requested.
Records Management
· Manage all records and database for reference, research and report purposes. This may include but not limited to archiving, developing templates, enhancing reports, accuracy of data, timeliness of submission, and methods of data gathering.
Innovation
· Continuously recommend, introduce and innovate processes, systems and products by presenting facts analysis and impact of recommendations to immediate head.
