About the Role:
As a Teammate, you'll handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat. Your tasks include content moderation, data and research, basic troubleshooting, issue escalation, and ensuring all interactions are documented per standard procedures. You’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold quality standards at all times.
