NON-VOICE ACCOUNT | UPA | UP TO ₱24K MONTHLY*

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer concerns and requests through non-voice channels such as chat, email, or back-office support.
Provide accurate and timely assistance based on customer needs.
Process and update customer information and account details.
Follow established procedures and maintain quality service standards.
Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets.

Qualifications:

No work experience required.
At least a High School or Senior High School graduate.
Good written and communication skills.
Computer literate and comfortable using online applications.
Willing to work onsite and follow assigned schedules.
