We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Voice Account at Alorica Centris. This role is open to no experience candidates, making it ideal for fresh graduates, career shifters, and first-time BPO applicants.
As a CSR, you will handle inbound customer calls, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and deliver excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer inbound customer calls professionally
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and basic troubleshooting
Provide accurate information and follow call flow procedures
Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
Document interactions using internal systems
No BPO experience required
At least High School graduate (College level or graduate preferred)
Good to excellent English communication skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Willing to work onsite at Alorica Centris
Up to ₱24,500 monthly salary
