You will provide excellent customer service by handling inbound calls, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Handle inbound customer calls professionally
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
Follow call flow and quality standards
Document interactions using internal systems
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

At least High School graduate (College preferred)
Good English communication skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Open to relocate to Ilocos
