Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries related to financial products and services.
Assist customers with account information, billing concerns, and general account requests.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions while delivering excellent customer service.
Document customer interactions and update account information in the system.
Follow company policies, security procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
No BPO experience required – Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome!
Good English communication skills.
Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
