Main Duties and Responsibilities
No experience? No worries! We will train you to:
· Answer inquiries and help customers solve their problems over the phone
· Listen closely to customers to understand their needs and provide the best solutions in one call
· Introduce exciting new products and services to customers
· Log and categorize call outcomes after each conversation and create regular summary reports
· Meet or exceed daily and weekly goals to help the team succeed

Qualifications:
· No BPO Experience required for College Graduates!
· For Undergraduates or SHS/HS (old curriculum): at least 6 months of BPO Experience
· Good to excellent communication skills
· Willing to work on shifting schedules
· Comfortable with onsite set up
· Preferably residing in Taguig, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pateros and Makati.
· Must have an active Viber account
