Who are we looking for?
At least High School or Senior HS Graduate
Must have at least 2 years of BPO experience ( 1 year in chat plus 1 year in sales, BPO setting) OR at least 1 year experience in chat support for a sales account
Customer service and sales knowledge in computer use and navigation of electronics products
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Amenable to work on rotating shifts
With capability to work from home and with access to a quiet and secured room and at least a 30 MBPS internet subscription
Can work onsite in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

What is your mission?
Adhere to procedures and work flows for managing interactions through chat, reporting, information processing, etc.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
