About the Role

Join our team at Alorica Philippines and be part of our non-voice account handling the ALORICA LIPA project! In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through written communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. You will work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced BPO environment that values professionalism, growth, and quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately through written communication channels.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to handle different scenarios effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Meet performance targets and goals set by the company.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
