Qualifications:
• Must have completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
• Minimum of 3 months BPO experience is preferred
• If without BPO experience, applicants must have at least 6 months work experience in the Financial or Banking industry with customer-facing responsibilities ( FOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNT )
• Strong English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required
• Must be able to handle high-volume calls professionally and efficiently
