Join our growing team at Alorica Centris as a Customer Service Representative for our Telco account! You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and technical issues through voice calls.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with telco-related concerns.
Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and account updates.
Resolve technical and connectivity issues in a clear and professional manner.
Document customer interactions and resolutions using internal systems.
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams for complex or escalated issues.
At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate.
Excellent English communication and active listening skills.
Basic computer navigation and multitasking abilities.
Willing to work onsite at Alorica Centris.
Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
