Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and follow established processes for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals.
  • Uphold company values while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • At least Senior High School graduate or College level/graduate.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for helping people.
