Job Description
JOB TITLE: MEDICAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (NURSE)
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking experienced NURSES looking to join our growing operations teams. In this role, you will staff emergency access telephone lines in our operations centers to respond to client health events and other emergencies, deploy both domestically and internationally in support of medical evacuations, and perform a combination of medical logistics and research work.
Training will be provided.
WORK SCHEDULE & ARRANGEMENT
Compressed workweek schedule:
- 3 consecutive working days & 3 consecutive rest days
- Dayshift/Nightshift: 12 hours/day
- Onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Staff emergency and general access telephone lines in our operations center
- Respond to member health events and member/potential member inquiries via telephone and email.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries.
- Effectively describe the nature and scope of Global Rescue services
- Manage and coordinate logistics for field rescues from remote locations and patient transfers to/from hospitals (includes air, ground, sea, etc.)
- Follow, maintain, and improve protocol, process, and quality standards for patient response and transport.
- Execute assigned non-operational general office tasks with diligence and precision.
- Domestic and International travel when required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Registered Nurse with atleast 3 years of hospital/clinical experience
- Preferably with 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Pre-hospital experience or Emergency Medical Dispatch background is an advantage
- Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
- Proficient in Computer operations.
