We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Sales Operations Coordinator to
support our Revenue Operations team. This role will work closely with our RevOps Analysts and
cross-functional stakeholders in Sales and Customer Success to ensure our Salesforce
environment and sales processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced
SaaS environment, has strong problem-solving skills, and is eager to grow within Sales
Operations.
Responsibilities
● Partner with RevOps Analysts to update and implement changes in Salesforce.
● Review and resolve support requests from Sales and Customer Success (e.g., owner
changes, data clean-up, resolving SFDC errors).
● Execute various data clean-up projects such as deduplication, manual data review, and
record corrections.
● Monitor data quality and ensure adherence to data governance standards.
● Assist with user management, role assignments, and permissions in Salesforce.
● Document processes, workflows, and system changes for future reference.
● Support ad hoc reporting requests and help maintain dashboards for Sales and Success
teams.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational
efficiency.
Qualifications
● 1–3 years of experience with Salesforce (SFDC) in a high-volume SaaS organization.
● Strong understanding of CRM data structure, workflows, and reporting.
● Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in English.
● High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
● Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams across time zones.
● Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
● Familiarity with sales processes.
