Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Holds bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other related disciplines.
  • With a minimum of 3 years experience as a Marketing Manager and handling a team.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies both traditional and digital.
  • Excellent time management skills and proactive work ethic.
  • With a good sense of design, copywriting, and video production.
  • With Real Estate experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and execute marketing campaigns and communications.
  • Conceptualize and organize Sales & Marketing events such as but not limited to grand open houses, sales rallies, sales awards, and company milestone events.
  • Develop marketing strategies to maximize profitability through brand recognition and exposure through virtual and in-person events as well as traditional and digital marketing.
  • Responsible for overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Plan and administer the production of marketing collaterals (i.e. company merchandise, company AVP, flipbooks, property layouts, etc.)
  • Responsible for monitoring and developing social media accounts and company websites.
  • Oversee and monitor the efficiency and progress of the Marketing team and third-party providers.
