Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused and detail-oriented individuals to join our Financial Account team in Makati. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with banking and financial-related inquiries, provide account information, resolve concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to financial compliance standards. Financial account roles commonly involve assisting customers with credit cards, loans, deposits, transactions, and other banking services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding financial products and services.
  • Assist customers with account balances, transactions, payments, credit card concerns, and other banking-related requests.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
  • Escalate complex concerns to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Meet quality assurance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
  • Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not always required.
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City and on a shifting schedule.
