Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls regarding mobile, internet, and other telecommunication services.
Assist customers with billing concerns, account inquiries, service activation, plan upgrades, and technical support.
Troubleshoot basic service or device issues and provide effective solutions.
Accurately document customer interactions and update account information.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and performance standards.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
No BPO experience required – Fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply.
Good English communication skills.
Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
