We are currently expanding our team and are looking for talented individuals to join our Healthcare Japanese Account.
If you are a native Japanese speaker with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering quality support, this opportunity might be for you.

Qualifications: 

  • Native speaking Japanese agent (must be native speakers, not just certified) 
  • Preferably with Healthcare Call Center Experience
  • College Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Undergraduates or SHS/HS (old curriculum): at least 6 months BPO experience
  • Good to excellent communication skills 
  • Clear and concise writing skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules 
  • Comfortable with an onsite setup 
  • Preferably residing in Metro Manila
  • Must have an active Viber account
