Document Management - follow up, naming, filing formatting.
CRM Data entry & Task Management
Evaluations
Income Verification
Servicing Calculation
Grow to end to end
EA & Admin Tasks

Qualification and requirements:

Software & Systems Known

Infynity Finsure
Canva (advantageous)
M365 / Teams

Specific Personality Types / Attribute Requirements

Strong English Communication (Written & Verbal) - A MUST
Experience in loan market, mortgage or finance AU
Open to learn, with adaptability and willingness to grow
High Attention to detail
Experience as an assistant
- EDM / Marketing experience (advantageous)
- Client Management etc (advantageous)

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

Infynity Finsure experience
