We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our Collections Account in Bridgetowne. As a Collections Representative, you will assist customers with outstanding balances, discuss payment options, and provide professional solutions while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding overdue accounts and payments.
Communicate professionally with customers about account balances and payment concerns.
Negotiate appropriate payment arrangements based on company policies.
Follow up on promised payments and unresolved account concerns.
Accurately document customer interactions and collection activities in the system.
Address disputes and concerns and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Meet individual and team collection targets while maintaining quality standards.
Protect customer information and follow company policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of BPO Collections experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Good negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Comfortable handling difficult conversations professionally.
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig.
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
