About the Role

Join our team at Alorica Philippines as a Customer Service Representative for a local financial account based in Taguig. In this role, you will be providing exceptional service to clients, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work in a dynamic team environment where quality and efficiency are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their financial accounts
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality assurance

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in college completed without back subjects
  • At least 3 months BPO Experience
  • If no BPO experience, at least 6 months work experience in Financial or Banking Industry with customer facing
