LOCAL ACCOUNT – DAYSHIFT
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Taguig, BGC
Account: Financial (Local Voice)
Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for a local financial voice account. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and delivering excellent service while following company and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls for a local financial account

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally

  • Provide accurate information regarding financial products and services

  • Document call details and customer interactions properly

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years in college completed with no back subjects

  • At least 3 months BPO experience

  • If no BPO experience, must have at least 6 months work experience in the Financial or Banking industry with customer-facing responsibilities

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig

  • Can start ASAP
