Job Description

Job Summary:

The Process Improvement Specialist shall focus on process improvement standards deployment, process reengineering activities that are undertaken at the operational or project level.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement to enhance customer experience, reduce costs, increase productivity, and support revenue growth.
  • Analyze end-to-end processes across business units and design reengineering solutions using best-in-class standards (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, ISO).
  • Drive synchronized implementation of improvement initiatives across business units.
  • Ensure successful implementation and achievement of improvement targets through monitoring and post-implementation reviews.
  • Drive change management efforts in partnership with business units through effective communication and training.
  • Stay updated on global process standards to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Propose and implement global standards in collaboration with business units.
  • Develop frameworks, templates, and programs to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Create programs to enhance customer retention and loyalty through traditional and digital channels.
  • Review and update documentation templates to ensure clarity and relevance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to address quality-related needs.
  • Continuously recommend and innovate processes, systems, and products based on data-driven analysis.
  • Manage project management records for assigned business units, including archiving and data accuracy.
  • Uphold and promote the organization's core values in daily operations.
  • Perform other assigned duties with proper orientation or training

Job Specification:

Education

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably BS Industrial Engineering, BS Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Psychology
  •  IRCA/CQI Certified Lead Internal Quality Auditor for ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belter

Working Experience

  • Minimum of five years work experience in quality, process reengineering or related fields
