In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, using various tools and systems to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy
  • Update customer records and account information accurately

Qualifications
