Position: Tech Account Representative / Technical Support Representative
Location: Bridgetowne, Pasig / Quezon City
Salary Package: Up to ₱37,000 Monthly (Basic + Allowances/Incentives)
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
As a Tech Account Representative, you will deliver customer support and basic-to-intermediate technical assistance to customers. You will handle inquiries through multiple communication channels, diagnose technical concerns, guide users through step-by-step troubleshooting, and ensure high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Customer Support: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email channels.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify technical concerns, conduct step-by-step troubleshooting for devices, products, software, or services, and resolve basic technical issues.
Active Listening & Probing: Probe effectively to understand the root cause of customer technical problems.
Issue Escalation: Accurately document issues and escalate complex, unresolved technical concerns to higher tier support teams when necessary.
Documentation: Log all interaction details, troubleshooting steps, customer feedback, and resolutions into the CRM system accurately.
KPI Compliance: Meet established productivity, quality, average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics.
Education: High School or Senior High School graduate (or college undergrad/graduates).
Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO, customer service, or Technical Support (TSR) experience is preferred/required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Technical Aptitude: Good computer navigation skills, strong problem-solving ability, and comfort in explaining technology to non-technical users.
Flexibility: Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Pasig on shifting schedules, night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
