Healthcare Account – UP Ayala Technohub

Start or grow your career in the BPO industry! We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account at UP Ayala Technohub (UPA).

What You’ll Do

Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries and concerns.
Provide accurate and professional customer service through designated support channels.
Help customers understand account information, benefits, services, and processes.
Document customer interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality of information.
Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications

At least High School / Senior High School Graduate
Good communication and customer service skills

Willing to work on shifting schedules
Healthcare or BPO experience is an advantage
