Key Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional customer service to our travelers
· Book flights, hotels, and cars using Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
· Issue, reissue, and refund flight tickets on GDS
· Respond to traveler inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Qualifications:
· Must be a high school graduate
· Must have at least 1-year GDS experience
· Proficient in using GDS commands to book and manage travel arrangements
· Excellent communication skills
· Good customer service skills
· Willing to work onsite
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
· Can start ASAP

*Candidate must be hired in any GDS/Corporate Traveller account to qualify for the promo
*Valid for hires between January 2 to 31, 2026
*The total DIP payout of 200K will be released in tranches
*Hire must complete each milestone period in full to qualify for the corresponding payout
*Hire must be an active employee at the time of each release
*If the employee resigns or is terminated for cause before completing the required duration, unpaid tranches will be forfeited
