Job Description

Qualifications:

• With good command of the English language.

• College Graduates

• 2-year Vocational Course Graduates

• Undergraduates that have at least completed 60 units in college

• Senior High School Graduates with at least 6 months and above work experience

• High School Graduates with at least 6 months of continuous call center experience

• Willing to work on holidays and weekends

• Willing to work the night shift and on shifting schedules

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer’s emails

• Providing product and service information to customers

• Management and resolve customer complaints

• Provide product and service information to customers

• Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
